Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ShéShé Collective is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We'll gladly help point you in the right direction whenever possible.
